DuraShield Covers guarantees to the original purchaser that the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship upon delivery and that the product will be warranted against defects during normal usage for a period of 5 years from the original purchase date.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation, allowing the item to come in contact with petroleum products, battery acid, chemicals or tree sap, allowing water or ice to accumulate or pocket, not properly securing the product, or allowing sharp objects to damage the product. Further physical damage, including rips, tears, or separation of materials caused by abnormally high winds, rain or other extended abnormal weather exposure, will not be covered under the terms of this warranty.
If products are used in direct sunlight for extended periods of time, color fading or color bleeding may occur. This is considered normal wear and will not be covered under the terms of warranty.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. To obtain service under this warranty, the customer must provide DuraShield Covers with purchase information, including original purchase date and purchaser name and address. The customer must return the product to DuraShield Covers for inspection prior to any warranty service.
This warranty does not cover the cost of labor or transportation/shipping charges for the replacement or installation of defective parts. The warranty does not apply to those products or parts of products that have been altered from their original configuration.
DuraShield Covers reserves the right to change the product design without notice. DuraShield Covers reserves the right to replace any part or whole product with a newer design of the same function.
